I got the EMBO Scientific Exchange Grant! I will be working at the Laboratory of Evolutionary Interactions of Holobionts, Institute of Vertebrate Biology, Czech Academy of Sciences for 3 months (June - September 2022) on 16s amplicon sequencing, from wet lab procedures to bioinformatic analysis.

I applied to EMBO Scientific Exchange Grants to work on 16s amplicon sequencing, from wet lab procedures to bioinformatic analysis. Project title: "Variation in the composition of gut microbiota of Anatolian Blind Mole Rat (Nannospalax xanthodon) across the altitude gradient".
